Coming Soon : Hunter on Fifth

This mural at Drip House in the Glebe was created through Ottawa’s Painted Up program in collaboration with Operation Come Home, an organization that supports youth experiencing or at risk of homelessness. We loved involving local youth and community members in the design process, gathering their ideas and sharing some mural-making skills along the way.

The windows, dogs, and florals reflect a welcoming, community-oriented neighbourhood in bloom. The title, Hunter on Fifth, was inspired by a child who stopped to watch the mural while it was being painted. A special thanks to the many neighbours and passersby who stopped to chat and follow along as the mural came to life.
