Legacy in Bloom

This mural celebrates Louise Campbell’s lasting impact as an arts advocate and community leader in West Point. Inspired by the colours and patterns of her favorite scarf, the composition feels vibrant, uplifting, and full of movement. A female Northern Cardinal symbolizes Louise as a creative matriarch, while magnolias, ruby slippers, a dancing figure, and local landmarks reference the theatre, festivals, and community traditions she championed—creating a joyful tribute to the creativity and connection she helped nurture for generations.

A huge thank you to Critz, Julie, and Andy for your incredible hospitality, and to our mentees Brad, Bella, and Donovan for lending a hand and helping bring this mural to life!
